The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period and from 7 days during the summer period (July and August)

The end-of-stay interview is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The security deposit of an amount of £500 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
