It offers a real independent night space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or walks in the area.The living room, bright and welcoming, includes a relaxing area with a double sofa bed in 140 cm, a flat-screen TV and an ideal dining area to share friendly moments.The well-appointed open kitchen has all the comfort necessary to prepare your meals in a simple way: oven, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker and many convenient storage facilities.The bathroom also includes the washing machine. For the comfort of all, the apartment is strictly non-smoking.Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services.A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee).A common parking lot within the residence with many parking spaces will allow you to park your car in the basement.As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
