Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). - A 40 m² living room with TV, an open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (2 double beds 140x190; sleeps 4)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 36m² terrace exposed to the sun... with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Explore the Genoese citadel for its cobbled streets, ramparts and panoramic views over the bay.
- Take a boat cruise to the Scandola nature reserve or the Revellata peninsula.
- Hike through the Bonifatu forest, a wooded massif with paths leading to the GR20.
- Take the U Trinichellu train to admire the coastal scenery as far as L'Île-Rousse.
