Offering spacious accommodation, meticulous decoration and top-of-the-range features, this villa is designed to accommodate up to 8 people in a peaceful, elegant setting. Its tree-lined garden, swimming pool and open-plan living areas make it the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, in the heart of the Basque Country.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A bright living room with a lounge area featuring a sofa, television and bookcase - A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge with a counter and stools - A dining table large enough to seat the whole family for a delicious meal
- An en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and sink - A bedroom with a queen-size bed and direct access to the garden through a French window - A bathroom with a shower and double sinks - A separate toilet

Upstairs: - A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink, and a large dressing room. This suite opens onto a terrace with a magnificent sea view.
- A separate WC Outside: - Two terraces extend from the living area on the ground floor. - On the first terrace, you will find a dining table, a plancha grill and access to the heated swimming pool (5.5m x 2.5m, protected by a roller shutter, depth 1.4m)
- On the second terrace, you will find garden furniture. Designed for family life or a holiday with friends, it is above all space, light and quality materials that have guided the owners' design choices. This unusual property will appeal to holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet and green spaces, not far from urban activities and the surrounding villages.
