About This Property
The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming house for rent in Le Tréport, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the beach. It has a surface area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Spread over 3 floors, it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a sofa, video projector, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- A laundry room
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190), a single bed on a bed base on the floor, and an office area
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, ironing board, and iron. A video projector, board games, and numerous books and comic books are available (to be left on site after your stay).
Outside:
- A 15m² terrace equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Le Tréport, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Le Tréport beach, 12 minutes on foot
- Mers-les-Bains beach, 25 minutes on foot
- Tréport-Mers les Bains swimming pool
- Tréport Museum
- Numerous musical events on the Tréport quay in summer and at the Café Plage
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Le Tréport Mers-les-Bains train station is a 20-minute walk from the house.
- Regional buses also stop right in front of the house (retirement home stop).
