Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Bénodet, this air-conditioned accomodation, 400 m from the main beach, with a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises a 27 m² living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms (with shower or bath). There's also a 370 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

A 33 m² outbuilding at the bottom of the garden is composed as follows:

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 30 m² flagstone terrace in front of the house and another one behind with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You can
benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking lot opposite the house.

- BreizhGo bus service to Concarneau, Douarnenez, Quimper
- Ferry for pedestrians and cyclists to Sainte-Marine (in season)
- Quimper-Bretagne airport - approx. 20 minutes
- Lorient-Lann Bihoué airport - approx. 1 hour
- Brest-Bretagne airport - approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes
