Thanks to its central location, the apartment offers easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and all the buzz of the city. That said, you may occasionally hear some noise from the nearby boulevard or metro station, one of the small trade-offs of staying right in the heart of the action.

Step into this 40 m² apartment and discover a bright, elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just beside it, the dining area offers a welcoming table that seats up to four guests.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom includes a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The bathroom is fitted with a sink and a shower.

Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and a smoke detector has been installed for your safety.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Gare d'Austerlitz (lines 5 and 10), is just a 4-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

CDG Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
