Holiday Rental in Sète: Charming 55 m² one-bedroom apartment with a balcony. It faces west and is located on the ground floor of a small, two-story building. The living room, which opens onto the balcony, includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2), storage, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a dryer. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and storage space. The bathroom (shower, double vanity) is separate from the toilet. Pets are not allowed. Late arrival is possible for €50 (please contact us for details). OPTIONAL services, subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week).
