- a spacious living room with dining area and functional fireplace

You will particularly enjoy its peaceful setting and the view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix.

- at the start of a hiking trail (halfway along the Route des Granges);
- close to a “Super U” supermarket (direct access through the private gate at the end of the residence).

## Emplacement
Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, its territory is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). The Aiguille du Midi, starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at 3800m altitude, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, which leads to the Mer de Glace and other popular tourist attractions. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
