The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this magnificent air-conditioned villa with sea views for rent in Pianottoli-Caldarello, approximately 500 m from the beach. It has a surface area of 267 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an 80 m² living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a garden of approximately 3,500 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
