The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned architect-designed house for rent in Pianottoli-Caldarello, with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a surface area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 14 guests. It comprises a lovely 46 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of approximately 3,200 m². Bed linen and towels are included, so all you need to do is turn up!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the garden level:

- A 46 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 4: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 5: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 6: one queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom with bathtub
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A circular above-ground swimming pool 4.5 m in diameter, open from mid-June to September (opening dates not contractual). Access to the pool is secured by a padlock.
- A large, unfenced garden of 3,200 m²

The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
