Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m².

The flat is ideally located in Megève, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Ski at Rochebrune with direct access to the slopes via the shuttle bus in winter.
- Play tennis in summer on a court with stunning views of Mont Blanc (in the residence and free to use).
- Hike along the alpine trails, which are accessible all year round.
