On the ground floor: entrance hall, laundry room (washing machine), separate equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace (electric oven, induction hob, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), large living room with two bay windows overlooking the terrace and garden (Note: no toilet on the ground floor).
Upstairs (half level): bedroom 1 (two 90 x 190 cm (35 x 75 in) beds), bedroom 2 (one 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 in) bed), separate toilet, bathroom (bathtub, double sink, heated towel rail), and on the upper half level, bedroom 3 (one 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 in) bed).

Garage for bicycle storage only. Parking is available in the garden or on the street in front of the house.

Sporting activities (equestrian center, golf, water sports, cycling, etc.) and cultural activities (guided tour of the Winter City district, workshops for children and adults at MAAT, theater, cinema, exhibitions, concerts, etc.) are plentiful in Arcachon and Pyla.
We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
