Welcome to our charming accommodation located in the heart of the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence, close to Cours Mirabeau and Place Mairie.

Ideal for a solo or couple's stay, this fully equipped accommodation offers comfort, convenience and an exceptional location: a stone's throw from Provençal markets, restaurants and cafés, and just a few minutes from the Bellegarde car park.

In a quiet, typical street, you will be immersed in the authenticity of the city while having access to everything on foot.



The accommodation

My 32 m² accommodation includes:

- A living room with sofa and storage space

- A very well-equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, crockery, washing machine

- A shower room with toilet

- A mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed of 140x190cm (⚠️ ceiling height of 50 cm – cosy and suitable for people who are comfortable in small spaces)

- Linen is provided (towels, tea towels and sheets)

- Wi-Fi included



Upon arrival, you will find the following items available for the start of your stay (kit not replenished):



- Laundry and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.



This cosy and well-appointed accommodation offers all the comforts you need for a short or medium stay.



Guest access

You have access to the entire accommodation.

A city of art and culture, Aix hosts numerous festivals, galleries and museums, and pays tribute to Paul Cézanne, a native son.

It is also a city of refined shopping, with independent boutiques, lively cafés and an authentic local lifestyle.

🚶‍♂️ All this is just 30 minutes from Marseille and close to Sainte-Victoire and the typical landscapes of Provence.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide.

There you will find the option to choose flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee

(except for the bastide, no upsell and no guide at this time)

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
