Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space with an unobstructed view of the ocean, thanks to a wide bay window directly overlooking the terrace. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or opt for the one on the terrace facing the sea. The living room, also oriented towards the ocean, is equipped with comfortable sofas and a coffee table, perfect for moments of relaxation.



The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two are located on the ground floor and each has a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), one of which has direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom, located upstairs, is also equipped with a Queen Size bed.



The house has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, the other upstairs with a bathtub. Two additional independent toilets are also available



A washing machine is accessible in the basement.



You will be able to park up to two vehicles in the private courtyard of the house.
