Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment includes:

- a 14 m² terrace with table and chairs.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and peacefulness.

The Residence was renovated in 2024. It is quietly located on the heights of Cavalaire, with unobstructed views of the hillside. The nearest shops are just one kilometer away. On foot or with the free summer shuttle bus at the bottom of the building, you'll be close to Cavalaire's beaches and activities.

The city center (shops, harbor promenade) is less than a 15-minute walk away, as is the superb Plage de Bonporteau. Grab your flippers and snorkels to discover the joys of diving and the beauty of the underwater fauna and flora. And don't forget your sneakers to explore the coastal paths.

Don't forget your camera to immortalize Saint-Tropez and the surrounding area, the pearls of the Côte d'Azur.

## Emplacement
Located between Saint-Tropez and Le Lavandou, Cavalaire-sur-Mer is a charming seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast. This commune of the Var, surrounded by Cap Cavalaire and Cap Lardier, was built on an ancient Greek colony and owes its fame to its long sandy beach and various coves. The town also had its moment of glory during the Allied landings in Provence in 1944, when it was the scene of major American military operations. Today, the town's main focus is tourism, with a certified nautical resort offering a wide range of activities for all ages. It also benefits from the attraction of nearby tourist towns such as Ramatuelle. The gastronomy of Cavalaire-sur-Mer and the surrounding region also appeals to visiting tourists, with wines from the Var vineyards, honey, tapenade and the famous tarte tropézienne from the town next door.
