There is no parking space, but you can park your vehicle in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a sitting area, TV, and Wi-Fi, along with a dining area.
An open-plan kitchen (with TV) is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop (burner/oven), and microwave, with access to a small terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill for enjoying meals outdoors with family or friends. A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A bathroom and separate toilet.
The upper floor is air-conditioned, and you'll find the sleeping area with a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), also with a balcony. A second adjoining bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), also with a TV, also sleeps two. Its bathroom with toilet.
Pets not allowed.
An ideal location, you are 100 meters from Eyrac beach, perfect for organizing a picnic on the beach, or swimming on our most beautiful days. You are 800 meters from the town center and all amenities.
All the shops of the Aiguillon district are nearby.
