With a surface area of 36 m², this rental is located on the first floor without a lift and comprises:

a light-filled living area with a charming lounge and dining room,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, fridge, freezer),
- a sleeping area with a 160x200 cm bed,
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- Hoover, Hairdryer, Iron,

- Radiators, Smoke detector, Hangers, Air conditioning.

There is no private parking.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is no longer accepted.

A management fee of €396 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.
