The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 42 m² south-facing apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, for rent in the Chamrousse area, within walking distance of the ski resort. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with bath).

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, a dining area, a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps two) (90x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Exterior :
- A large, south-facing balcony (10m²) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Downhill skiing and snowboarding: Enjoy slopes suitable for all levels, with breathtaking views of the surrounding massifs.
- Dog sledding: enjoy a unique experience as you glide through snow-covered landscapes.
- Try out the giant zip line with panoramic views over the valley.
- For thrill-seekers, snowmobile excursions offer a different way of discovering the mountains.
If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private parking lot, or in the free parking lot nearby.

- Nearest train station: Grenoble station, 1 hour's drive away. Shuttle service available.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble-Alpes-Isère airport, 1h15 drive away

Other notes:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be made by our on-site service provider).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
