Through large bay windows, this living space opens onto a superb terrace with panoramic sea views, where you can enjoy several relaxation areas: a dining area, barbecue, and outdoor dining area for unforgettable moments overlooking the Mediterranean.

This same level also houses a functional laundry room with ample storage space and a spacious master suite with a double bed, private bathroom, and storage. The lower level, bathed in a warm atmosphere and decorated in a seaside style, houses four beautiful bedrooms and a separate bathroom.

This space also opens onto a vast terrace overlooking a magnificent infinity pool, surrounded by deckchairs, inviting relaxation. A dining or cocktail area has been created, allowing you to savor every moment overlooking the sea.
