This charming apartment, completely refurbished by an interior designer, is located on the second floor of a building without elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people, offering a peaceful setting overlooking the courtyard.

With a surface area of 53 m², this apartment comprises :

- a light-filled living area with lounge and dining room,
-a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed,
- a second bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed,
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- work desk,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers, smoke detector,
- TV, Wifi, air conditioning, radiators.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but plenty of free parking is available nearby.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 pm.

A management fee of €689 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when validating your deposit.
