Information note: what is described below is private to the tenants. However the owner lives on the land in the apartment above. It will not go through the stairs in front of the studio but by its private entrance higher. Only the parking is common, the owner will go through this parking to go to his accommodation. He will be discreet to not disturb the tenants and respect their holiday time.

Studio all comfort renovated, ground floor villa, ideal for a quiet stay. Enjoy a beautiful view, a neat exterior with private pool, and a perfectly equipped space for a relaxing holiday in complete autonomy.

Accommodation without classification or pending classification*

- Air-conditioned living room with double bed (140cm), dining area, living room with sofa bed (120cm) and TV, terrace access
- Equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, induction hob, hood, oven/ microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes and various utensils, etc...
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

External:
- Pool house with outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, barbecue, dining furniture, garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas
- Private pool 5m x 3m with security alarm dedicated only for your stay
- Terrace at the entrance with dining furniture

- Ideal for a quiet stay while taking full advantage of the outdoors
- Independent studio. The owner, accustomed to rentals, lives upstairs and ensures full respect for the privacy of travelers.

- Shops: 1500m

Hours of reception and handing over the keys:
From Monday to Friday between 15:00 and 18:00 maximum.
On Saturday (July - August) between 16:00 and 18:00 maximum.
Sunday and holidays (except Saturday): independent arrival from 15h (key box, terms specified after booking)

If you wish to arrive outside of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.

- Cleaning: 50€

Options (can be ordered up to 7 days before arrival):
- Rent sheets double bed: 25 €/bed/ stay (beds not made)
- Rent sheets single bed: 20 €/bed/ stay (beds not made)
- Rental towels "simple" (1 large + 1 small toilet): 15 € / person/ stay
- Rental towels "complete" (simple kit + 1 beach): 20 €/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): €30 available from the 1st item + €10/additional item, to choose from:
Bed + mattress/ bath/ stroller cane/ dining chair/ pot/ changing mat

Not included (required):
- Deposit: 500€ by credit card only
- *Tourist tax: 7.2% of the total amount of the rental (within the limit of 6.05€ per night and per person over 18 years).

- Disposable mattress and pillow protectors
- Kitchen towels
- Bathroom carpet
