The house is located in a quiet area of Argeles-sur-Mer, close to the beach and the resort center.
On the ground floor are the living room, the fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine), and a loggia overlooking the garden.
There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with a king-size bed and a loggia, and a second with single beds.
All living areas are air-conditioned.
Parking is available in front of the house.
The residence has a pétanque court, pedestrian access to the beach (approximately 10 minutes), and a bicycle storage room.
