Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with elevator), it features a lovely 18 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub). Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

It is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge with freezer...
- Laundry room with washing machine, washer/dryer

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private garage located in the basement of the building.

- Railway station: 500m
- Rennes airport: 70 km to Rennes St-Jacques
- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, 25min walk from the apartment or 5mn by car.

Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, just a few minutes from the city walls, the famous Sillon beach and Rocabey market, in a shopping district with bakery, restaurants, tobacconist's and newsagents... All amenities and transport are nearby.

- The accommodation is equipped with a high chair and a cot (on request when booking, we can install a cot for babies). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish).

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
- The flat is located on the port next to a shipyard. The shipyard works from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and from 7.30am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Given the heatwave, it is likely that the working hours have been changed to protect the workers.
