Cocoonr Agency offers you this elegant, fully air-conditioned house/loft, designed by its owner in a very contemporary style, just a stone's throw from the cult beach of the Basque Coast, in the Beaurivage district.
An ideal location for your holiday, with numerous local shops, the beach and the Halles district less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
The entrance to the duplex villa is on the lower level.
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) and en-suite shower rooms (walk-in shower)
- A separate toilet in one of the two bedrooms, a toilet in the bathroom of the second bedroom.
- A large garage/laundry room is available for vehicle parking.

The solid wood staircase (without guardrail) leads to the second floor, where you'll find a loft-style living room with skylights and a full-height glass facade.
- A cosy living room opening onto a 13 m² terrace with south-facing eaves.
- An office area with computer facilities
- A dining area with open, fully-equipped kitchen, designer table and chairs.
- A luminous master suite completes this floor with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its private shower room and WC
