About This Property
The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator, offering a small sea view from its large roof terrace. It has two bedrooms, a shower room, a large living/dining room and three landscaped terraces.
The fully air-conditioned apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed, a chest of drawers and a small private terrace, and the second with two single beds and a large closet.

A fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle).
A parking space is available in a secure garage suitable for small vehicles only (fiat 500, mini cooper, twingo, swift...). There are also free parking spaces in front of the residence.
Three attractive terraces, one with a large table for lunch or barbecue, and two deckchairs to soak up the Saint-Tropez sun.
Linen provided for the entire duration of your stay (no change during your stay unless booked in advance at extra cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 comforter cover per bed
- 4 pillowcases
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 tea towels
DURING YOUR STAY :
--> To inform us in case of breakage or deterioration.
--> No overflow will be accepted. Please respect the neighbors and the noise level in the evenings and mornings.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you to :
--> Empty all garbage cans before your departure.
--> Gather all sheets and towels in one place (returning them in a normal state of use).
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> Clean and put away dishes and empty the dishwasher.
--> Clean appliances (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc.).
--> Keep washrooms clean.
--> Throw away or take away any unused food.
If the accommodation is returned dirty, we will charge you the following fee: 140€ on departure, in addition to the compulsory cleaning fee on arrival.
In the event of loss of keys/beepers or breakage of a key or lock, the cost of changing the lock or duplicates will be charged to the tenant.
Parties and soirées are not permitted in the accommodation

We are available before and during your stay by telephone from 9am to 7pm or by e-mail.
We'll meet you on arrival to show and explain how the apartment works.
