Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 43 m² apartment, located on the 5th floor with an elevator.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television.

The dining area includes a table seating up to six guests and a breakfast bar with three stools.

It opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A large closet allows you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is located in a separate room for added comfort.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

Professional cleaning is carried out between each stay.

The Gare district, located in the southeast of Paris, is a vibrant and multicultural transportation hub. Known for its main station, Gare de Lyon, the area is ideal for travellers in transit. Enjoy the lively atmosphere with its diverse cafés, restaurants, and cosmopolitan shops. Wander the streets around the station to discover traces of history and architecture, then relax in the nearby urban parks. The Gare district offers a dynamic and contemporary side of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro stations are Chevaleret and Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand (lines 6 and 14), both just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.

Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
