The south facing orientation allows you to enjoy a high brightness and a 180° view. The sauna allows a relaxing moment after a day of skiing. The entrance to the chalet is through the Garden Rez where an outdoor closet allows you to store your skis safely. The entrance is equipped with closets and dry shoes (12 pairs). On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom, a dormitory with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) (the sleeping in height is not suitable for children under 6 years), a bathroom with double sink, a separate toilet, a laundry room and a sauna. On the ground floor you will find a large living room opening onto a terrace and the stunning view of Aiguilles d'Arves. The living room offers a seating area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction plate, oven, microwave oven,...) while the living room offers a TV space. Upstairs, a master suite has its own bathroom and a south facing balcony. This level also includes a double bedroom, a 4 sleeping dorm with TV space on a mezzanine, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
