The house features a lovely private outdoor space, carefully designed for comfort and intimacy – ideal for warm summer evenings. You'll find a fire pit to extend your evenings under the stars, a cozy outdoor lounge for relaxation, and a large table for al fresco dining. Access to the property is through a secure electric gate, and a private parking space awaits you just outside the house for added convenience.

Inside, the ground floor opens to a bright and inviting living area, including a warm lounge with a beautiful fireplace – perfect for cooler evenings – and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and quality tableware. Everything you need to cook and feel at home. A dining nook allows you to enjoy meals in a convivial atmosphere.

Upstairs, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await. The master suite is a true invitation to unwind, featuring a freestanding bathtub, refined decor, and a calming ambiance. The two other bedrooms, also bright and stylishly furnished, include plenty of storage and all the necessary comforts.
