This studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, including a fridge, an oven, cooking plates, a toaster, a coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The recently renovated bathroom offers a modern Italian shower with stylish cement tile flooring, combining comfort and style.

Equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, and a television, this studio has everything to ensure a comfortable and connected stay. Access to the studio is facilitated by a concierge service, ensuring personalized key handover and a warm welcome.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €500 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.


## THE NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac aéroport stop to the Bourse du Travail stop and walk 1 minute.

From the Gare Saint Jean:
Take bus 1 from the Gare Saint Jean stop to the Bourse du Travail stop and walk 1 minute.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public car park "8 Mai 1945 - Mériadeck" is located 10 minutes walk from the flat.
The price for parking is €20 for the day.
