Ground floor: Living room with sofa and TV, open-plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Senseo coffee maker. The kitchen opens directly onto a second terrace with pool view, outdoor furniture, and an electric plancha grill.

One double bedroom with storage and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs: A second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and closet, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and an additional sleeping nook if needed.

The unit is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi, and includes a private parking space.

Please note: pool access requires a wristband (available at an additional cost).
