The Cocoonr / Book&pay agency offers this 390 m² chalet with breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake in Les Angles, a ski resort accessible by free shuttle, complete with swimming spa and jacuzzi (available at extra cost), which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It features an attractive 62 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with showers) and a south-west-facing 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 62 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied), sofas and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas and induction hobs, electric kettle, toaster, soup blender, coffee machines, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Garage
- Ski room

Level -1 :
- A games room with a single sofa bed
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160×200) with electric single mattresses and TV
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with TV and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Dormitory (sleeps 6): with 2 bunk beds - double bed 140x190 underneath and single bed above for each bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower

Level -2 :
- A gym with swim spa (up to 8 people), jacuzzi (up to 5 people) and fitness equipment, open all year round. The balneo area is only available during school vacations and at extra cost.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, changing table, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 300 m² garden, unenclosed and wild, with deer paths.
- Three terraces, each around 45 m², to enjoy the view and the sunny days.

The chalet is ideally located in the commune of Les Angles, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Nearest train station: Mont-Louis La Cabanasse train station, approx. 20 min by car (15.4 km).
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport, about 1h40 by car (97.4 km)
