Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The accommodation comprises
- A bright 30 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double sofa bed (160x200) with TV and adjoining balcony
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200) with TV and adjoining balcony
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 5.50 m² balcony facing east on the living room side, with two chairs and a table to enjoy the sunny days.
- A west-facing balcony of approx. 10 m² on the bedroom side, with two chairs and a table for enjoying fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Activities:
- Stroll along the Cap d'Antibes coastal path, with views of cliffs, creeks and umbrella pines.
- Antibes old town: cobbled streets, Provencal markets, little squares, typical restaurants.
- Cannes and Sainte-Marguerite Island (25min by car), Monaco (50min) and Italy (1h) are all nearby. Train also available.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the parking lots below the apartment and in the adjacent streets. A charging station for electric vehicles is available on the street 30 m from the apartment.

- Nearest train station: Juan-les-Pins train station, 2 min. walk
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur airport 30 min by car
