🚫 Parties and large gatherings are strictly forbidden. In case of non-compliance, immediate eviction will occur according to the law and the police will be notified.

💳 Security Deposit: €300, payable in cash or by credit/debit card.
Fully refundable at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage to the apartment.
