This charming 166 m² house, less than a kilometre from the beach, with swimming pool and wifi (fibre optics), can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 1,100 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 60 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 1 bunk beds and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- One bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Private outdoor swimming pool open from May to September
- A beautiful garden of 1,100 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Gujan-Mestras, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
