Welcome to this charming studio located in a peaceful residence with swimming pool in Beausoleil, right above Monaco. Designed for two guests, the apartment offers a warm, cosy atmosphere and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The living area doubles as a sleeping space with a quality double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dinnerware and wine glasses. A flat-screen TV, dining area, and air conditioning complete the space.

Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy breakfast with a stunning sea view, overlooking the iconic Odeon Tower of Monaco. Guests also have access to the building's outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.

Guests have exclusive access to the studio, balcony, and shared pool. The residence is equipped with an elevator.

Ideally located above Monaco, the apartment offers direct and easy access to the heart of the Principality via public elevator. You’ll be just minutes away from the Monte-Carlo Casino, Larvotto Beach, the marina, high-end restaurants, and shopping. The Monaco train station and all local amenities (grocery, pharmacy, bakery) are within walking distance.

Your stay is customizable through extra services available once your reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is provided, and high-quality linen is included.

When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.

Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons:
