In this charming fisherman's house with a mezzanine, you'll enjoy a welcoming living room equipped with a sofa bed (140x190), a comfortable bedroom with a closet and a double bed (140x190), and a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen. The mezzanine, which overlooks the entire room, offers a pleasant view of the living room. (NOTICE: DO NOT USE THE BEDDING SPACE.) You'll also find a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Access to the exterior is directly from the living room, opening onto a well-appointed terrace with an awning, barbecue, garden furniture, and deckchairs. This terrace also features an outdoor shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.

An outbuilding is also located on the property, with a bedroom upstairs featuring a double bed (140x190). A garage, used for storage, is also available, perfect for storing bicycles or surfboards.
