This elegant 80 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with elevator, was completely renovated in 2025 by an architect and offers a breathtaking view of the opera-theater and Place de l'Horloge. Enjoy a spacious terrace with lounge and balcony for relaxing.

With a capacity of 4 people, this rental includes :

- a warm, comfortable living room with a relaxation area and dining area,
- a first bedroom with a 160cm bed,
- a second bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90cm),
- a fully-equipped kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, tumble dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- fiber-optic TV, stereo system, wifi,
- air conditioning, smoke detector,
- games for all ages, books,
- private parking available: at the entrance to the rue Racine parking lot, opposite the La Fourchette restaurant. Reserved space in the basement.
Please note: vans are not allowed in the parking lot (70s building with small spaces and limited height, not suitable for roof boxes).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
- Access by car to the intramuros is impossible after 11 a.m. (access bollards - ring and specify that you are a traveler with a rental car).
- During the Festival d'Avignon, access is totally forbidden from 12pm onwards (parking is possible on the free Ile Piot, a 10-minute walk away, or at the Palais des Papes parking lot, where a charge is made).
- Exit from the inner city remains free at all times.

Please note the following additional charges:

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when your deposit is validated.

Enjoy Avignon's best addresses and attractions on foot. Your car stays in the basement parking lot - and it's free! As you leave the Place de l'Horloge and turn right, you'll find a choice of restaurants serving excellent Provencal cuisine. Don't forget the municipal museums, which are well worth a visit and free of charge!

The Avignon-Centre train station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the region.

By bus:
Bus routes serving Rue Molière make it easy to get around the city.

By plane :
Avignon-Provence airport → 20min by car.
