This house offers you the chance to fully experience the authentic atmosphere of the village, with the possibility of renting bikes on site to explore the surroundings freely.

You will also enjoy its proximity to the beaches, the first being only 850 metres from the house: ideal for refreshing yourself at any time of the day.

In this house, you will find a large main living room with a living area, a sofa, a television and direct access to the garden through large bay windows offering a beautiful view of the outside. Just behind, are the dining table and the open kitchen.

Fully equipped, the kitchen includes everything necessary for cooking: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

Still on the ground floor, you will access the first two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the second with a King Size bed (180/200). You will also find two shower rooms and an independent toilet.



Upstairs, you will discover a third bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), a fourth bedroom with two single beds (90x190), as well as another room with two bunk beds (90x190).

A third and final bathroom is also accessible on this floor.

For added comfort, the house has a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.



To park, there are 2 private parking spaces in the house's courtyard. A free car park is located 300m away.
