Located in the heart of this characterful seaside resort, this beautiful and large furnished house (rated 2 ears by Gîtes de France) welcomes you just steps from the port and beaches. You will enjoy an ideal location: all shops, restaurants, and markets are accessible on foot. After your swimming, water activities, or walks along the wild coastline, relax in the outdoor space equipped with furniture and barbecue, perfect for sharing beautiful moments with family or friends under the sun of the Atlantic coast.



Open the entrance door and discover a large living room of nearly 55 m², tastefully decorated. The open kitchen, modern and functional, has a friendly counter and all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker are also available. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people or, on beautiful days, sit at the outdoor table to enjoy the garden. In the evening, gather in the living room around the large comfortable sofa, television, and coffee table. A bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet, complete the ground floor.



Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the left side of the hallway. A little further down, a large bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and a spacious walk-in closet awaits you for comfortable nights. Two other bedrooms complete this sleeping area, each with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and comfortable armchairs for a moment of relaxation. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available.



For more comfort, a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal.



Note: The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but public parking spaces are available nearby. In summer, access to the street is reserved for local residents, so you will need to obtain the badge that the owner provides for you to access the accommodation by car.
