Highly appreciated for its tranquillity and verdant environment, this location allows you to fully enjoy nature while remaining just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean beaches, located approximately 3 kilometres away, Lacanau Lake at 4 kilometres, and shops at 2.7 kilometres.



The house offers a beautiful bright living space with a warm living room and dining area, designed for convivial moments with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows for independent stay and easy meal preparation, whether for lunches on the terrace or dinners after a day at the beach, golf, or cycling.



The night area of the ground floor includes two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed in 160 cm, one of which has an adjoining bathroom. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes this level, as well as independent toilets. Upstairs, a mezzanine fitted with a desk area offers an appreciable additional space, while a third bedroom with a double bed in 140 cm allows for accommodating guests or children. Air conditioning, present in the mezzanine and in this bedroom, ensures optimal comfort during summer periods.



Outside, the house has a beautiful terrace equipped with an awning, a true living space in its own right. The jacuzzi invites relaxation after a day of activities, while the garden furniture and gas plancha allow for convivial moments outdoors. The very high-speed wifi connection is included, facilitating extended stays or teleworking in a privileged setting.



This house is an excellent option for a seasonal rental in Lacanau, ideal for golf, nature, and wellness enthusiasts. Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
