Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a shower room. The studio is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment, at the foot of the Sillon beach, and right next to the Palais des Congrès de Saint-Malo. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Discover the lively streets of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros and its corsair houses
- Relax or practice water sports on the Sillon beach, one of the most beautiful in France, by simply crossing the street
- Take a boat trip to visit the islands of Cézembre, Chausey, and the British Isles of Guernsey and Jersey
- Visit Mont-Saint-Michel, the famous abbey listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (50 min drive)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge along the quays near the accommodation, or in the underground car park near the intramural city (paying car parks).
