The apartment features a fan, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Ideal for a family with two children. Private parking is available. Bed linen and towels are optional.

The Apartment: Enjoy your holiday in this ideally located apartment, just 100 meters from Les Lecques beach (fine sandy beach). On the first and top floor of this intimate residence, you'll find a living room equipped with a television and a sofa bed for two. This space opens onto a terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying lunch with the family!

Upstairs on the mezzanine level, you'll find a bedroom furnished with two single beds (90 cm). A wardrobe provides storage space for your belongings.

You'll also find a charming bathroom with a shower and a single vanity. The toilet is separate.

Parking:
You have the option of parking your vehicle in a private space.

Amenities:
The apartment has a washing machine and an outdoor area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious summer meals. It also includes a filter coffee maker, kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer, two-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, bread cutting board, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person).
Duvets are available in the apartment if needed (ideal for off-season stays).

Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in your reservation, and a professional cleaning company will clean the apartment after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be requested via Swikly or at the agency reception.

Cancellation insurance is available through our partner ADAR ANNULATION.
