It features an attractive living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 2,500 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- Living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa and armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... and dining area
- Bedroom 1 and 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- 16 m² terrace

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), 5mx10m, open from June to the end of September, secured by an alarm.
- A lovely 2,500 m² private enclosed garden
- A 200 m² terrace around the pool
- A second 40 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 4 vehicles).
