- a fully-equipped open kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- two bedrooms with two double beds (160 × 200 and 140 × 200),
- a third bedroom with two single beds,
- two bathrooms with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron,
- TV, WiFi, air conditioning,
- Access to a beautiful private swimming pool in the residence,
- a terrace with a large table and an electric plancha.

There is no private parking, but you can park in dead end street

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.
