You will have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, and a 5-burner gas hob, as well as a living room with a decorative fireplace, sofa, armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and dining area. A hallway leads to three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a queen-size bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Outside, you can enjoy a private west-facing terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and a pétanque court in a 400m² unfenced garden (opposite the owners' property).
