The accommodation includes a functional living area with a table, chairs, a sofa bed and a television. The integrated kitchenette area, incorporated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, two ceramic hobs, a microwave, storage cupboards, crockery and kitchen utensils, as well as a dishwasher, allowing practical organisation of daily life.



The room is fitted with a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washbasin. The toilet is separate. Outside, a terrace overlooking the living room is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol, offering a pleasant space to enjoy nice days.
