The first floor consists of an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room. This opens onto an east-facing terrace, offering a magnificent view of the Port Grimaud canals and a boat mooring.
Upstairs, a canal-side double bedroom has its own shower room with WC. A second bedroom, equipped with a double bed and an extra bed, and a second shower room and WC.
