A few minutes from Nantes, flush with the Loire, the place called Pierre-Percée, located in Divatte-sur-Loire, is a popular place with a beautiful history. This piece of land, a green setting, between the Loire and the vineyards, gives you access to many restaurants with local dishes, bars, a Loire port and a park which, in the summer, has a guinguette and even a wakepark!



Discover without delay the large living spaces of this exceptional triplex house: a living room / dining room opening onto a 1st small terrace on the ground floor, its 6 bedrooms, its 2nd living room on the top floor which can be used as a 7th bedroom and not forgetting its superb rooftop equipped with a hammock and with a breathtaking view of the Loire Valley.



This tastefully renovated house can accommodate families or groups of up to 14 people. The accommodation has 3 double beds (160x200) and 8 single beds. On the ground floor, a bathroom has a bathtub, storage space and a vanity unit. On the 1st floor, the shower room has a corner shower and a sink. 2 toilets separate from the shower rooms are accessible on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. We provide bed linen and towels.



The kitchen, open to the living/dining room, is fully equipped: refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and WiFi are available free of charge.



The parking is on the other side of the road. Please note that the house does not have a garden and who says triplex, says stairs.



The entrance and departure are autonomous with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required upon booking (deposit not debited).
