- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September from 10am to 9pm.
- A 26 m² enclosed and private garden facing north-east, as well as a 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
